Daily Botanics only ships 7OH botanical products to states where they are legally permitted. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or cancel orders to restricted locations at our sole discretion.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right — full replacement or refund, your choice.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM local time (Mon–Fri) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
We do not ship to states or localities where 7OH botanical products are not legally permitted. If your order is placed to a restricted location, it will be cancelled and fully refunded before shipment.
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The return address reads "Daily Botanics" only — no product information is visible on the outside of the package.
